Electrical Infrared Inspections

Whether you are in a manufacturing facility, an office environment, or simply at home, you are more dependent on electricity than ever.  Today’s electrical systems are highly complex and are a must in a high performance technical setting.  Faulty wiring, wear and tear, short circuits and improper installation can all lead to serious consequences if the problems go undetected.

Carolina Infrared Resources uses state of the art equipment and expertise to help you pin point potential repairs before the consequences result in loss of productivity and costly maintenance repairs.

Each electrical infrared inspection includes the thermograms and a survey report that not only identifies “hot spots,” but provides a blueprint from conducting repairs in a timely and cost effective manner.

Bad Transformer Connection

The above image reveals a bad transformer connection. This is the high voltage connection. If not repaired, it will cause the plant to shut down and hault the entire manufacturing process.  Such a shut-down would cost thousands.
